Mitsubishi Chemical America, Inc., Polyester Film Division, announces a price increase of $0.14/lb on all Hostaphan^® polyester film products, effective for all shipments starting Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

Ongoing geopolitical instability in the Middle East has created significant volatility across global energy and petrochemical markets. These conditions have resulted in higher costs for oil‑based raw materials and logistics.

Despite our continued efforts to mitigate these impacts through operational efficiency, sourcing actions, and cost controls, the scope and pace of these increases necessitate a price adjustment to maintain reliable supply, product quality, and service performance.

We will continue to closely monitor market conditions and evolving cost dynamics and will make future pricing adjustments as appropriate.
