Employee safety is a top priority. Mitsubishi Polyester Film's packaging system is designed with safety in mind. Return packaging should be handled with the same concern for all employees, the carriers, and the packaging return company. With safety a top concern, we recommend packing for each item.
Only items in reasonably good condition should be returned. Protection from moisture is necessary for some items, such as wooden end flanges, fiber core plugs, and foam pads. Excessively dirty, greasy, or broken items should not be returned. Guidelines for determining reusability of each component will be provided by the packaging return company.
Handling loose items is not only costly, but can be unsafe for those involved. The ability to handle the return items with a fork truck improves safety and efficiency. Here are some other useful guidelines:
